This pivotal role involves providing personalized support and education to patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the patient's journey. Key responsibilities include facilitating access to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, connecting patients with relevant resources, and addressing barriers to care.
To excel in this position, you'll require :
A strong educational foundation, preferably an Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program
A valid Texas Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Within one year of hire date : National certification in your area of practice
At least 5 years of experience as a registered nurse
