A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator to support the administration of quote and contract documentation for enhancing school safety.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a process for recording and prioritizing documentation inquiries and requests
Produce Quotes and Change Order documentation with high accuracy
Coordinate with Accounting to capture and document financial impacts of transactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent practical experience
Up to 2 years of experience in contracts administration or related business support roles
Recent graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply
Proficient user of Salesforce and familiar with G-suite office tools
Basic understanding of credit memos, invoicing practices, and contracting principles
