The Role The Role Tasty is looking for a seasoned Video Team leader and producer with deep experience in development, production and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will know what fuels video platforms, will be a highly skilled video producer, and will innately know how to translate data and insights into content that compels audiences.

You Will Lead a team of video producers and culinary producers to create longform, shortform and live content

Identify YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram platform best practices, trends and opportunities

Translate platform best practices, trends and opportunities into actionable insights

Lead brainstorms and video series ideation based on actionable insights

Strategize downstream content monetization opportunities

Build publishing and distribution strategies around video concepts

Greenlight videos and publishing strategies

Ensure production follows platform best practices

Ensure publishing follows platform best practices

Identify and grow internal talent

Manage budget

You Have Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communication, related, or equivalent experience

Working knowledge of YouTube Studio and third party reporting tools

Great communication skills

Experience with AI-driven or AI-enhanced workflows

Proficiency in Google Apps, Microsoft Office

Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment

Must be organized, reliable and a self-starter

Ability to work independently within a team

A high energy, positive disposition
