Attorney – Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in the Des Moines Metro.

This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000+ per year, based on your experience. You will work Monday – Friday daytime hours. Plus enjoy a generous benefits package.

Some of your responsibilities as Estate Planning Attorney include :

• Advising and representing clients
• Focusing on estate planning, probate, and corporate or business law
• Representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in probate and trust administration
• Drafting, reviewing and revising estate planning documents
• Establishing and administering trusts
• Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants and insurance professionals
• Staying current on legal developments impacting estate planning
• Maintaining accurate client records
