About the Role

We’re partnering with a leading media company to embed a UX / UI Designer into their app team as they embark on a major consumer-facing app redesign. This is an opportunity to challenge the status quo, bring fresh design thinking, and shape the next generation of a high-visibility digital product.

The ideal candidate is visual-first, hands-on, and excited to rapidly explore, iterate, and present innovative design variations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams but will be trusted to drive your own creative ideas, not just follow the group consensus.

What You’ll Do

• Design consumer-facing digital experiences for a large-scale media app.
• Rapidly create multiple variations and prototypes to explore different approaches.
• Contribute to an existing design system , while challenging and pushing its boundaries when needed.
• Confidently present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering partners in a fast-moving, iterative environment.
• Focus primarily on visual design execution, rather than strategy or management.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $50.00 to $75.00 / hr. Benefits available to full-time employees : medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
