• 10-Hour Shifts Available We’re seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1 : 1 nursing care for an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) living in a group home setting. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling across 7 days per week. Client Overview G-tube dependent Psychiatric background Ambulatory with behavioral support needs Receives nursing services daily Supported by 24 / 7 on-site DSP staff Key Responsibilities Medication administration G-tube bolus feeding and hydration management Daily nursing oversight and documentation Collaboration with DSPs and interdisciplinary team Monitoring for behavioral and medical changes Ideal Candidate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing Experience with IDD and G-tube care preferred Reliable, compassionate, and clinically confident Comfortable working in a structured group home setting Male nurses strongly encouraged to apply All qualified nurses with a clinical background are welcome Schedule Full-time hours available 10-hour shifts Coverage needed across all 7 days (flexible scheduling options) Location Group home in Fairburn, GA Employment Type : Full Time Salary : $36 Annual Bonus / Commission : No
