About the Role :

Our General Managers work strategically to maximize their store revenue and efficiently manage all aspects of sales and merchandising. This includes but is not limited to hiring effectively, performance management, and employee relations in partnership with Human Resources and the Regional Manager. You will report to a Regional Manager.

A starting compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business / organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
