FACILITIES SUPPORT CLERK

The candidate for this position will be responsible for :

  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and distributing to the correct locations
  • Processing supply orders
  • Delivering supplies to the appropriate departments
  • Processing incoming and outgoing packages
  • Providing support to the Facilities department in all related facets
  • Communicating extensively with internal customers and vendors

Requirements for the position include :

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Basic computer kills and ten-key
  • A valid driver’s license
  • The ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner
  • The ability to work late and / or flexible hours
