Job descriptionProvide solo coverage for a hospital with an emergency department and a swing floor Perform all lifesaving procedures including intubation, extubation, and ventilation management Conduct history and physical examinations (H&P) Manage emergency codes and acute medical situations Coordinate care with limited in-house specialists; clinic-based specialists available Utilize 24 / 7 lab and X-ray resources Collaborate with transfer centers as needed for higher-level care Active Texas medical license required Trauma and independent coverage experience highly preferred Rural healthcare experience highly preferred EMR : Cerner Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Adjust your work schedule to accommodate personal commitments, hobbies, or pursuits outside of medicine, promoting a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
