Job description

Position : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine / Urgent Care Physician

# of positions : 3 Location :

Fairfax, SC(1), Barnwell, SC(1) or Bamberg, SC (1) Assignment :

Full-Time, Permanent Start Date :

Immediate (ASAP) Work Hours :

8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday Schedule :

  • Monday to Friday
  • On-call rotation : 1 week every 20 weeks (phone consultations only)

Compensation :

$195,000 - $275,000 annually Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated MD / DO to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, addressing a variety of diagnosis codes. Responsibilities include treating Ryan White and MAT patients. Benefits :

    • Credentialing :

  • The credentialing process typically takes 45 days if the provider holds a South Carolina license.
  • Candidates will need to complete a credentialing / privileging packet.

  • Final approval is required from the Board.
