CoastalRN25 Responsibilities Assessing patients' conditions and health needs. Developing and implementing nursing care plans. Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians. Provide exceptional patient care in a supportive team environment. Collaborate with a diverse team of experienced and new graduate nurses. Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures. Accommodate both acute and long-term patients with equal dedication.
