Accountabilities

• Lead construction projects from planning and estimating through execution and closeout.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, and company standards.
• Track project metrics, report on progress, and proactively address risks or challenges.
• Mentor and support team members, providing guidance on professional development and project execution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, MS Project) to track deliverables and ensure operational efficiency.
• Travel to job sites as needed to oversee project performance and ensure operational excellence.
