Accountabilities
- Lead construction projects from planning and estimating through execution and closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes, contracts, and company standards.
- Track project metrics, report on progress, and proactively address risks or challenges.
- Mentor and support team members, providing guidance on professional development and project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., BuilderTrend, Bluebeam, MS Project) to track deliverables and ensure operational efficiency.
- Travel to job sites as needed to oversee project performance and ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
Construction Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience; collaboration with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope.Project Manager : 5–8 years of construction experience; strong leadership and project management skills.Site Superintendent : 3–5 years of commercial construction experience; hands-on field leadership.Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Proficiency in project management software, MS Project, Excel, and Word.Ability to read and interpret construction plans.Valid Driver’s License and commitment to safety and quality.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Modular construction experience.OSHA 30 Certification.Knowledge of IBC, UBC, state-specific building codes, approval agencies, and permitting processes.Experience with Bluebeam and CAD software.Benefits
