Position : Support Specialist

As a Support Specialist , you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals, enhance their independence, and be an active part of their community. You'll work directly with participants in their homes and out in the community, helping them with day-to-day tasks and building meaningful connections.

• Personal Care : Help with daily living tasks like eating, mobility, personal hygiene, and more.
• Empowerment : Support independence by encouraging self-determination and goal-setting.
• Community Integration : Assist participants in building social skills and accessing community resources.
• Compassion : Be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of our participants, building strong relationships and making a difference.
