Job Title : Validation Engineer - Facilities

Location : Buffalo Grove & Libertyville, IL (On-site at both facilities)

Contract Duration : 1-2 years

Rate : $60 / hr (negotiable for the right candidate) contract to hire

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to join our team on a 1-2 year contract. This is a hands-on role working across two sites (Buffalo Grove and Libertyville), focusing on facilities validation within medical device and regulated manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with prior experience validating automated equipment, preferably in plastic injection molding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead facility commissioning activities across multiple sites
• Perform cleanroom validation for Class 6, 7, 8 (Buffalo Grove) and Class 9 (Libertyville) environments
• Execute temperature and humidity (HR) mapping for facilities
• Validate warehouse environments and automated equipment
• Ensure compliance with all industry standards and internal protocols
• Document validation processes, protocols, and reports accurately
