Occupational Therapist (FMLA Coverage)

Location : Monroe, MI

Start Date : December 15, 2025

AnthroMed Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide FMLA coverage starting in December 2025. This is a district-wide position serving students from Kindergarten through High School. The caseload will be fully covered up until that point, ensuring a smooth transition. This role offers the chance to support a diverse group of students, collaborate closely with school teams, and continue meaningful services while maintaining a balanced workload.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, interventions, and progress monitoring for students K–12.
• Support students’ fine motor, visual-motor, sensory, and self-regulation needs to enhance academic participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver therapy in both individual and small group settings.

Optional Supplemental Coverages Include :

Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000 / year (based on qualifications and experience)
