Installation Training Specialist

We are looking for our Installation Training Specialist who will be responsible for provision and effective delivery of all methods of installation for branch offices, as well as aide regional leaders in the implementation of installations programs, processes and initiatives.
The location of this role can be flexible within the US or Canada - US East Region / Canada East location preferred.
Essential Functions :
As our Installation Training Specialist, you will bring 5+ five years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators. You will also bring a strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills.

This role has been categorized as a remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any location within the area of the role's scope of responsibility.
The national hiring range for this role is $121,800.00 - $167,500.00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual 60 / 40 Bonus plan based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
