Lead Commercial Service Technician

We are looking for a Lead Commercial Service Technician to join our dynamic team!

Primary Job Function: The Commercial Service Technician will perform service calls, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on commercial HVAC systems. Work will be performed independently and on larger projects in cooperation with a project manager. This includes diagnosing and repairing rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, gas/electric systems, and related mechanical and electrical components, as well as performing other assigned tasks as required.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as required

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for commercial RTUs, split systems, and heat pumps
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical plans
• Experience with low-voltage electrical systems
• EPA Certification required
• Experience with basic control interfaces (thermostats, BAS integration points) is a plus
• Experience working with or around Building Automation Systems is a plus
