Today we support a number of channels that customers can make a payment in, including the Capital One mobile app and authenticated Web experience, IVR, Agent, in a branch or cafe, ATM and more. We are looking for a Manager, Product Manager who will be the product lead for the Mobile channel. As the Mobile Product Manager on the Payments team, you will lead two tech teams (iOS and Android) to deliver against a strategic and high visibility agenda. Responsibilities include :

• Develop a strategic vision and OKRs
• Iterate through a test and learn agenda, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and designers to deliver new capabilities, features and experiences on your roadmap
• Manage key stakeholders and partners
• Lead your tech team through agile ceremonies including PI and sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospectives

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management :

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
