Skilled listener, ability to answer switchboard / phone calls and transfer to precise locations. Responsible for responding to all codes / alarms systems.

Project a positive and helpful demeanor while working with patients, visitors, physicians and staff.

Maintains a courteous and professional manner when answering calls.

Demonstrates skill and proficiency when executing overhead announcements.

Prompt forwarding of all calls, when necessary, to proper departments, patient rooms or staff.

Thoroughly understand and respond to all codes / alarm systems.

High School diploma or GED.

6 Months of telephone experience.
