Key Responsibilities

Lead the operational expansion of the Fight Like a Girl program from 20 to 50 schools

Supervise team KPIs and oversee HR, compliance, contracts, and organizational infrastructure

Translate the Founder's vision into operational roadmaps and implement comprehensive SOP systems

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in nonprofit management, operations, or business leadership

Proven record of scaling a program or organization

Strong project management and systems-building skills, including AI fluency

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and compliance

Exceptional leadership skills with a builder's mindset
