Chemical Process Production Engineer - Aeronautical Sector

In Canagrosa we are looking for a Chemical Process Production Engineer to manage and supervise the production of surface treatments and chemical processes. Your mission will be to ensure compliance with quality requirements, deadlines and customer standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Comprehensive management of projects related to chemical processes and surface treatments.
  • Supervision and optimization of plant production, ensuring efficiency and compliance with established objectives.
  • Review and analysis of technical and quality requirements provided by customers.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards applicable in the aeronautical sector.
  • Solving technical and production problems in demanding environments.
  • Coordination with management and technical teams for continuous process improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in production management, preferably in industrial or aeronautical environments.
  • University degree : Chemistry or Engineering (preferably Chemical Engineering or related).
  • Advanced knowledge in chemical processes and surface treatments.
  • High level of English (essential for participation in audits and communication with international clients).
  • Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, dynamism and proactivity.
  • Experience managing demanding environments and meeting tight deadlines.

    • DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in the aeronautical sector.
  • Additional training in project management or industrial production.
  • Knowledge in specific regulations of the sector.
