✨ Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments .
Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development .
Bachelor's degree or higher education in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related fields as listed in Developmental Certification Policy (2010), section J.
Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving.
Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire.
Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player .
