Float Pool Pharmacist
Role Responsibilities
The Float Pool Pharmacist is responsible for all delegated activities involved in the preparing, packaging, labeling, dispensing, documenting, monitoring, ordering and recording of pharmaceuticals. The Float Pool Pharmacist performs all activities as required by Texas State Board of Pharmacy. The Float Pool Pharmacist functions as manager in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
Required Education and / or Certifications, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
- One year as a Registered Pharmacist
Preferred Education and / or Certifications, Experience, Skills
