We're seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Teller II to join our retail banking team. As a Teller II, you'll be on the front lines assisting customers with a wide range of banking products and services. This role combines teller responsibilities with new account operations, offering a dynamic opportunity to grow your banking career while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to customers in-branch and over the phone.
• Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs and making appropriate referrals.
• Resolve customer inquiries and account issues promptly and professionally.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit and savings accounts.
• Perform account maintenance, including debit card functions, stop payments, and wire transactions.
• Review and verify new accounts for accuracy and compliance.
• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain transaction logs.
• Identify and follow procedures for placing holds and verifying endorsements.
• Assist with training new Universal Bankers.
• Travel between branches as needed to support operations.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with peers and leadership.
• Stay current on banking regulations and security practices.
• Recognize and respond to red flags such as fraud, scams, and phishing attempts.
