Lead Technician

Water Restoration / Mitigation company looking for a seasoned Lead Technician with Water Mitigation experience to join our team. We pride ourselves on being the leading provider of emergency water restoration services in the local market and we're looking for someone excited to grow with our company. Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• 3 years of experience in restoration.
• 2 years of experience as a Lead Technician (preferred).
• IICRC Certification WRT / ASD (preferred).
• Skilled in Xactimate and Estimating Mitigation Jobs.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and pleasant demeanor.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new software as needed.
• Ability to work safely according to safety standards and procedures.
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicle and adhere to cleanliness protocols and company standards
• Be drug free and Committed to Staying Drug Free.
• Job Requires the ability to work in Crawlspaces and Attics
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job while working at heights and in tight spaces, Climbing ladders, and lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50+ pounds regularly, ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects, and Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to work with and around cleaning products / chemicals
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
• Ability to work extended hour, days, nights, and weekends as needed

Monday to Friday
