Ferguson is currently seeking a Sales Manager to cover the Southwest market for our Waterworks Municipal business. This position will have a focus on sales expansion, margin improvement, and market development across the states of Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming. The position will be responsible for overall sales performance and have oversight of their associates and dotted line reports.

Position Details

• Reports into the Director of Municipal Sales
• Direct oversight of 9 Outside Sales Representatives and 1 sales support representative.
• Position can be based out of any of our locations which include : Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Wyoming.
• Current annual revenue of $60M, market opportunity of $150M - $200M.

Pay Range : $6,374.70 - $13,933.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for salaried roles or Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
