Automotive Sales Associate - New Car Sales

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Associate to join our new car sales team! The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience and a genuine passion for working with people.

Responsibilities :

Greet and assist customers at the dealership, answering questions and helping them select the right vehicle for their needs

Achieve sales goals as defined by the sales manager

Explain vehicle performance, features, and available options to customers

Identify each customer's needs by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening

Offer test drives and follow dealership procedures for obtaining proper identification

Regularly review sales activity and results to plan and improve future performance

Requirements :

Automotive Sales Experience Preferred

Strong customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player with a positive attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Social media savvy is a plus
