Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

This position will provide friendly, courteous beverage service and beverage preparation in accordance with standard procedures. Essential Functions - Prepare beverages in accordance with established procedures. - Follow proper cash control procedures. - Practice proper par stock ordering procedures. - Maintain current knowledge of all policies and procedures concerning service of all alcoholic beverages. - Responsible for set-up and cleaning of bar area. - Monitor and assist in training Barbacks. - Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations. - Comply with all health and safety standards. - Attend meetings as scheduled. - Other job-related duties as assigned.

Must have knowledge of relevant of bartending procedures (drink recipes, ; Great good people skills required including effective communication; Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff; ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Ability to perform basic math; ability to handle money and make correct change; ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, Policies and procedures; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and management.
