A company is looking for a Contact Center Agent to provide customer support and manage client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and emails while adhering to service level goals
Collect and validate client information using various applications
De-escalate client issues and provide satisfactory resolutions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
Experience with customer service in a call center environment preferred
Familiarity with applications such as Five9, ServiceNow, and Oracle
Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
