Salary : $80-$90K + bonus based on experience.
We're looking for an experienced in the field leader to manage the full construction process of our new homesfrom groundbreaking to keys in hand. As a Level 2 Superintendent, youll oversee scheduling, trade coordination, site quality, and customer interactions. You'll ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and built to our high standards.
What You'll Do :
- Manage daily construction schedules and job site progress.
- Coordinate all trade partners and suppliers.
- Maintain budget control and approve field invoices.
- Conduct quality checks and uphold site safety standards.
- Serve as the main field contact for the homeowner.
