Flexible / Open Schedule (Week Days & Weekends)

Pay : $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)

Provide hands-on leadership in equipment installations, overhauls, and both routine and emergency maintenance.

Diagnose complex issues with a focus on continuous improvement. Interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders to guide maintenance actions.

Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and lead by example.

Contribute to budget planning and enforcement, including short- and long-term operational goals.

Manage capital projects by overseeing bids, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

5+ Years of relevant experience with handling Equipment including conveyors, elevators, front end loaders, screeners and crushers

Relocation Package offered if selected candidate is not within reasonable distance from Carlsbad location
