Job descriptionThe host should constantly be looking ahead in the books to ensure proper Thorough knowledge of the reservation platform, Resy. Communicate to management and Chefs any flagged concerns Maintain proper phone etiquette, following established protocols Keep an organized host stand, clean and tidy as necessary Sanitize guest high touch areas regularly Strong, upbeat and positive personality Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail Passion for food, beverage and hospitality Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment Previous front-of-house hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
