Description :

This position will be in a brand-new Critical Care Tower.

It is a premier facility with new rooms, resources, and state-of-the-art technology.

The Critical Care Tower increases the overall hospital capacity for patients.

Health professionals will have the opportunity to build careers in this medical facility of the future.

The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 : 2.

Candidates must have experience in managing ventilated patients and recognizing and managing dysrhythmias.

They should also be proficient in phase II recovery and handling pre / post catheterization lab and interventional radiology procedures.

Nurses may float to the holding area in the PACU department as needed.

There is a requirement for 1-2 on-call overnight shifts each month.

Weekend coverage is requested for one shift per month.

The facility accommodates a diverse patient population including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, and geriatrics.

The daily census typically involves 35+ cases.

Staffing support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.

Candidates must complete compliance requirements promptly.
