Job description

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Manager Supervisor for a travel nursing job in Salem, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Nursing Supervisor – 36 hrs (Rotating Shifts + Every Other Weekend)

Schedule :

  • 3×8-hour shifts + 1×12-hour shift weekly
  • Weekends : 7 AM–7 PM
  • Weekdays : 3 PM–11 PM or 11 PM–7 AM
  • Rotating days / evenings / nights, every other weekend required

    • Role Overview :

  • Oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts
  • Acts as clinical resource and patient care representative
  • Coordinates with staff, providers, and departments to ensure safe, quality care

    • Key Skills :

  • Must be able to read tele strips , perform and titrate cardiac drips
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Handles emergencies, staff issues, patient / family concerns, and reports serious incidents to Administrator-On-Call

    • Experience & Requirements :

  • 3+ years Med / Surg Tele experience (critical care preferred)
  • BSN required
  • Active Massachusetts RN license
  • BLS certification
  • EMR : EPIC
