Role Responsibilities
Use photos taken by on-site technicians to verify all SOPs were followed accuratelyConfirm all customer interaction SOPs were completed correctlyEnsure proper and accurate job billingMonitor and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service processFacilitate second-visit resolutions for unhappy customersServe as the office leadinitially overseeing 2 employees with growth to managing up to 10 total staffEnsure all office staff adhere strictly to company SOPsRequired Experience
