TEKsystems is hiring a Manufacturing / Industrial Engineer in Olive Branch, MS. This is an on-site role 5 days per week. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to Olive Branch, MS. This opportunity starts as a 12-month W2 contract with very strong likelihood of long term extension and / or FTE conversion.

We are looking for Manufacturing Engineers who are capable of operating in a fast paced, ever changing, multi-platform international manufacturing and production environment for high-tech products. On-site Manufacturing Engineers work closely with our CMs to scale up our production on NPIs and ensure that we can meet the production and quality targets. You will also work with ODMs, CMs, internal hardware and software development teams, and with upstream component vendors to monitor and improve the incoming hardware quality of products both proactively in the design phase as well as monitoring, reporting and investigating any early-life product failures. This role requires the engineer to be a technical contact and take on full ownership of the manufacturing launch and resolution of process issues. You will be the driver in getting production up and running, understanding root cause of hardware failures and resolving gaps in our suppliers manufacturing processes.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
