Job descriptionWork closely with Commercial Services managers across Operations and Sales teams. Answer questions regarding employee time and payroll rules. Support timecard corrections and ensure timely and accurate updates. Monitor for adherence to payroll rules and system controls. Proactively identify potential issues related to pay codes, overtime, or scheduling anomalies. Assist with payroll-related projects and reporting as assigned. Support continuous improvement initiatives for timekeeping processes. Detail-Oriented : Accurately reviews high volumes of data with minimal errors. Analytical Thinking : Identifies trends or anomalies in payroll patterns and suggests improvements. Communication : Clear and professional when interacting with team members and management. Cultural Fit : Professional and collaborative mindset; brings a positive attitude and team spirit. Education - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred. Experience - 3+ years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance. Prior experience with ADP systems a plus.

TITLE : Payroll Compliance Specialist - Commercial Services
LOCATION : 6970 S 6th Street Oak Creek, WI 53154
REPORTS TO : Payroll Manager
EMPLOYEE : Part Time, Non-Exempt (25-28 hours)
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Time card Auditing
- Perform daily review of time card entries in the ADP time system.
- Compare scheduled hours to actual hours worked.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or exceptions that may lead to unnecessary labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal payroll policies and federal / state labor regulations.

Technical Skills - Proficiency in Excel and comfort navigating timekeeping and payroll platforms.
