Our client was founded in 1998 and is a leading women s healthcare group with 110 locations and over 400 OB / GYNs and specialists across the country. The OB / GYN role is full scope practice and located in Fleming Island, FL

Salary and Benefits :

• Sign On Bonus : $100,000
• Paid out in one lump sum or choice of spreading it out as a retention bonus over 5 years
• Base Salary : Aggressive compensation package per MGMA guidelines and based on years of experience

Responsibilities :

Monday Thursday 8 : 30AM 4 : 45PM Friday 8 : 30AM 12 : 00

Daily outpatient caseload is around 20 - 25 patients

Hospital Call 1 : 5. Midwives cover first call

5 CNMs who participate in our call schedule. They each have one weekday each week. They rotate on weekends.

Admitting hospital is Baptist Medical Center

IOL and C / S are normally scheduled on provider call day early morning or lunch.

Might flow into call day schedule based upon volume.

Goal is to schedule GYN surgeries early morning or lunch to prevent blocking patient access office hours. If volume ramps up, then a day will be blocked for GYN surgeries.

Approximately 300 deliveries per month

Requirements :

MD / DO

Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in the State of Florida

Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain

Board eligibility in OB / GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification is required within 5 years of achieving initial eligibility and ongoing employment is contingent upon this

Current BLS required
