Role Description
We are seeking a strategic and creative marketing leader to join our team full time. This is an opportunity to make a big impact in a rapidly growing business, overseeing and executing marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social channels. This role reports directly to one of the company’s owners and works closely with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels to drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities, including copywriting, email marketing, website updates, social media, and production of digital and print collateral.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns, including ad creative, targeting, and performance reporting.
- Track and analyze performance across campaigns, website traffic, and SEO, sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain and organize all marketing assets, collateral, and contact lists (press, designers, partners).
- Coordinate with external partners (designers, printers, agencies) to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activations.
- Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the business.
- Take initiative on new opportunities and be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
Additional Details
Location : This role is based in Napa.
Travel : Occasional travel (4 - 5 times per year).
Schedule : Occasional evenings or weekends may be required to support key projects and events.
Compensation : Salary range of $90,000–$120,000, based on experience, plus health insurance and eligibility to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in design, luxury or creative industries.Proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns and analyzing marketing performance.Hands-on, results-driven, and agile, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing and public speaking.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with MailChimp a plus.Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities.
