Traffic Engineering Manager (Burnsville)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineering Manager to join our team in the Burnsville, MN office. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of transportation projects for State, Local Government, and private clients. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions within the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Traffic Analysis and Modeling : Conduct comprehensive traffic studies and utilize modeling techniques to evaluate current and projected traffic conditions.
• Traffic Design : Develop and implement effective traffic designs to enhance roadway safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Management : Oversee project delivery from conception through completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Communication and Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Public Outreach : Engage with the community and other stakeholders to communicate project details and gather feedback.
• Compliance : Ensure all projects adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
