EATON COUNTY HEALTH AND REHABILITIATION SERVICES

Eaton County Health & Rehabilitation Services (ECHRS) is currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work with our dynamic rehab team at our 5-STAR skilled sub-acute and long-term care facility in Charlotte, MI.

The facility is a beautiful 142-bed non-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility with an excellent reputation in the community.

The ideal candidate will be a team-player who goes above and beyond for our patients and residents in a progressive environment that values quality therapy services.

We have many opportunities to grow and develop as a physical therapist at ECHRS and are committed to all therapists continually learning throughout their employment.

This candidate will be joining a team of 15 other full-time therapists.

The ideal candidate will also employ our organizational mission in being : dedicated to providing excellent short-term rehabilitation and long term healthcare through innovation, education, and evidence-based practice, while recognizing and encouraging the contributions of our employees and striving to meet the unique healthcare needs of our community.
