Opened in 2018, Clayton Lodge & Retreat is a purpose-built destination supporting the professional development of Clayton Homes team members. The property features 64 cabin rooms, a cottage home, and a 26,000 sq. ft. training center. Designed for team members to Explore, Focus, and Grow, the Lodge delivers transformative learning and hospitality experiences grounded in Clayton's core values.
As the scope of this role expands, the Director of Hospitality & Lodge Operations will not only lead day-to-day operations at the Lodge but also assume responsibility for event execution, culinary programming, and bar operations across our campus. This role demands a strategic hospitality leader with a passion for excellence, strong operational expertise, and the ability to elevate experiences.
