Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
  • Current SLPA certification or license
  • Previous experience working with children, particularly in a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and therapy tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Location :

  • Palm Desert, California

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assist licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services to students
  • Implement treatment plans as directed and document student progress
  • Support students in developing communication skills through individual and group sessions
  • Collaborate with educators and other staff to facilitate student learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions regarding student needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements regarding student information
