Job description

Elena James , a new restaurant from the team at Opal and Nina May,  is looking for   a   few great people to join the team!

If you are a creative and hospitality minded Front of the House Professional with a passion for food and beverage, we are looking for you! We are offering competitive wages, career progression, and professional development!  Just bring a great attitude and become part of a great team.

As an Elena James Server, Food Runner, or Server Assistant  you should demonstrate strong knowledge in our food and beverage menu items, polished service skills, genuine hospitality, and deliver exceptional guest experiences to every guest.

What makes you a great candidate :

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have a strong skills and passion for food and beverage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Requirements :

  • Assisting guests choose from menu options and guiding them through our drink options.
  • Suggesting delicious experiences and making guests feel taken care of during their time at the restaurant.
  • Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications.
