• Work 12-hour shifts in 26-bed ICU unit on 2nd floor
• Patient ratios of 1 : 2 or 1 : 1 depending on acuity
• Every other weekend requirement
• No floating to other units
• Work with advanced equipment including mechanical ventilators, balloon pumps, CRRTs, Impella, and EKOS
• Utilize Meditech EMR system
• Participate in bedside procedures including tracheostomies, PEG insertions, and central line insertions
• 1 year ICU experience required
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH
• Preferred experience with CRRT, Impella, and balloon pump
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Must be a team player who works well with others
• Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 rapid response RN, and 5 bedside RNs for 10 ICU patients
• Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 rapid response RN, 5 bedside RNs, and 1 PCT for 10 ICU patients Facility : This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 26-bed intensive care unit with advanced critical care capabilities.
