Core Job Duties :
- Provide legendary customer service
- Team Leader of a crew of up to 3 persons
- Work individually or as part of a team
- Responsible for crew's quality & productivity performance
- Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment
- Trains & develops crew members ensure proper safety and work techniques are being used
- Communicates professionally with clients, employees, the public, and management
- Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
- Responsible for heavy documentation of jobs to ensure accurate billing
Requirements :
A positive, can-do attitudeIICRC certifiedAt least 1 year of experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and / or fire / smoke remediationAbility to be able to supervise up to 3 peopleValid driver's license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)Be drug free and committed to staying drug freeCan communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and / or in writingA high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceEager to learn and acquire new skillsBonus Points :
IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and / or FSRTExperience with trauma / crime scene clean-upExperience with crawlspace encapsulationKnowledge and experience with Encircle and / or Xcelerate job management systemsPhysical Requirements :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objectsAbility to work with / around cleaning products / chemicalsAbility to travel locally and out of state when necessaryRestoration 1 is an Equal Opportunity Employer
