What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of Rockwell Automation sales growth strategies.
Set and manage performance metrics for product specialists focused on sales, margin, and market share.
Develop annual sales and marketing plans using GAP analysis of market data.
Create and oversee associate and customer training plans for channel products.
Provide technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Collaborate with account managers on account development and planning.
Build and manage the Industrial Automation Group budget and incentive plan.
Promote value-added solutions in competitive sales situations.
Identify and grow new markets for emerging technologies.
Manage and mentor the IAG team, fostering a culture of success and accountability.
Track sales plans and opportunities in CRM; ensure team compliance with activity tracking.
Support financial performance through value-added services like Rockwell Support.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in industrial automation or technical sales.
Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products is preferred.
Ability to motivate teams and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
