We have an immediate opening for an energetic, outgoing Client Services Representative to join our event marketing and fundraising team.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, supporting clients, and helping campaigns succeed.
No prior experience is required—paid training and mentorship are provided to help you grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and event participants, providing professional and friendly support.
Assist with event coordination, setup, and breakdown to ensure smooth client experiences.
Communicate campaign or event information clearly to clients, donors, and attendees.
Collaborate with teammates and event leads to meet client objectives and deliver excellent service.
Participate in paid training programs to develop skills in client services, event marketing, and fundraising.
