Allied Universal® is hiring a Solutions Architect. The Solutions Architect supports the achievement of sales goals through direct pre-sales support providing high quality, innovative, cost-effective technical solutions that meet or exceed our customer's needs in a professional manner. The Solutions Architect will mentor junior architects within the department.

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 / annually

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Mentor and manage Solution Architect team, including resource allocation and technical guidance
• Design security technology solutions aligned with customer business requirements
• Prepare technical scopes of work, design narratives, and cost estimates
• Lead estimation process and collaborate with sales, management, and customer teams
• Review blueprints and specifications to develop compliant security solutions
• Research emerging technologies to enhance security integration offerings
• Coordinate with vendors for pricing and support sales in technical discussions and ROI presentations
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards and RFP requirements
