Materials Planner

This Medical Device Manufacturing Facility is committed to delivering innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support critical operations in procurement, inventory management, and material planning.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Stock and maintain inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Forecast material requirements based on production schedules and demand.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure availability of critical components.
• Actively manage workflows and resolve supply chain issues.
• Assist in developing and improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of an 8-5 pm schedule within a manufacturing setting, particularly focused on the shipping and receiving side.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richland, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.51 - $27.92 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
